Terms and Conditions for Booking Scuba Diving Courses, Tours, and Experiences

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking scuba diving courses, tours, and experiences with Extreme Watersport. By booking any of our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the specific service.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified on our website.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date.
  • In the event of cancellation by Extreme Watersport due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled date.
  • A $50 reschedule fee will apply for rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days' notice.

4. Health and Safety

  • Participants must be in good health and have no medical conditions that may prevent them from diving.
  • A medical questionnaire and liability release form must be completed before participation.
  • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors and guides.

5. Equipment and Liability

  • All diving equipment is provided by Extreme Watersport unless otherwise stated.
  • Participants are responsible for the care and return of all rented equipment.
  • Extreme Watersport is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the course, tour, or experience.

6. Age and Certification Requirements

  • Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for each specific course or tour.
  • Proof of certification may be required for advanced diving experiences.

7. Conduct and Behavior

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.
  • Extreme Watersport reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant who poses a risk to themselves or others.

8. Changes to Terms

Extreme Watersport reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the date of posting.
