Order Processing

1. Processing Time: 
   - Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
   - If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

1. Shipping Charges:
   - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
   - We offer free standard shipping on orders over $199 within Australia.

2. Delivery Estimates:
   - Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
   - Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
   - Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

1. Availability: 
   - We currently ship to select international destinations. Please contact us for more information on international shipping options and rates.

2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
   - Extreme Watersport is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

1. Tracking Information:
   - You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

1. Responsibility:
   - Extreme Watersport is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
   - Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
