Rental equipment picked up before 1pm is generally required to be returned the same day. Equipment collected after 1pm may be returned the following day.
Multi-day dive gear hire discounts apply automatically: 2 days – 10% off · 3 days – 20% off · 4 days or more – 30% off.
Extreme Watersport dive club members receive 20% off standard rental pricing. Technical diving equipment rental may require certification matching the intended diving activity.
Rental Policies
Certification, responsibility, return condition and booking terms remain part of every equipment hire.
Scuba diving equipment rental requires certification appropriate to the intended diving activity. Selected technical diving equipment may require additional experience verification or approval prior to hire.
Divers are responsible for inspecting and checking all rental equipment prior to leaving the dive shop. Equipment suitability, assembly and pre-dive checks remain the responsibility of the diver once equipment leaves the premises.
Rental equipment must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessively dirty equipment including heavy sand, mud or salt contamination may incur additional cleaning charges.
Lost, damaged or abused equipment may incur repair or replacement charges depending on the condition of the returned equipment.
Rental equipment returned late may incur additional rental fees or late return charges depending on equipment availability and scheduling requirements.
Photo identification may be required for first-time renters or non-members prior to equipment hire.
Once rental equipment leaves the dive shop it is considered allocated to the booking and may not be eligible for refund, including situations where equipment is not ultimately used.
Online equipment rental bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled collection time may not be eligible for refund due to equipment allocation and scheduling requirements.
