The Cressi Freediving Training Buoy creates a visible surface station for static, dynamic and depth-training sessions. Its red body is designed for surface identification, while the supplier describes construction resistant to punctures, tears and UV exposure for repeated open-water use.
Adjustable straps and a buoyancy-control system allow the setup to be configured around the training session. An integrated dive flag or signal panel helps identify the activity area, and the carry handle supports transport as well as attachment of a safety line or accessory. This is a specialised freediving buoy for organised breath-hold practice and depth work, rather than a small tow float intended only to mark a diver’s position.
