Rob Allen’s Timberline GT combines a carbon barrel and mahogany over-sleeve with an open muzzle, twin 16 mm rubbers and a 7.5 mm double-notch shaft from the factory.

It is the conventional twin-band Timberline choice; the Roller uses a roller head and includes a reel. Choose from 110, 120 or 130 cm. An integrated reel adaptor is fitted, but the supplied package does not include a reel.

Product overview

About This Product

The Rob Allen Timberline GT is the conventional twin-band member of the Timberline family. It keeps the carbon barrel and mahogany over-sleeve while using an open muzzle, two 16 mm rubbers and a 7.5 mm double-notch shaft instead of the Roller model’s roller head and included reel.

The 110, 120 and 130 cm lengths share the same core configuration, so you can choose according to the overall length you prefer.

Pick 110, 120 or 130 cm according to the overall length you want to load, manoeuvre and carry. There are no length-specific component changes beyond the matched gun and shaft length.

The GT suits a conventional Timberline setup. Compare it with the Roller for a roller muzzle and supplied reel, or the Havoc for the triple-band 8 mm shaft configuration.

The straightforward Timberline choice

GT retains the hybrid barrel while using a familiar conventional twin-band layout.

No bundled reel

An integrated reel adaptor is fitted, while the supplied gun and line rigging do not include a reel.

Three matched lengths

The 110, 120 and 130 cm lengths share the same shaft, bands and muzzle system.

Clear step from the Havoc

Twin 16 mm bands and a 7.5 mm shaft distinguish GT from the Havoc’s triple-14 mm and 8 mm package.
