Product Overview

About This Product

This Australian bundle pairs the autonomous Symbios HUD with the Tank Pod, bringing core dive-computer information, wireless cylinder pressure and calibrated trim data into a mask-mounted system. It suits divers who want to minimise wrist checking while keeping pressure and decompression information available during photography, training, scientific work or complex equipment handling.

The HUD works independently as a dive computer, but the complete setup depends on fit and installation. The mask holder must suit the selected mask, the Tank Pod needs a suitable regulator high-pressure port, and trim readings require calibration whenever the Pod's orientation changes.

Features

Key capabilities

Autonomous HUD computer

Perform complete dive-computer functions without requiring a separate wrist handset.

Wireless pressure included

The supplied Tank Pod sends live cylinder pressure to the HUD.

Calibrated trim feedback

Use the Pod's 3-axis sensor to display body angle after correct calibration.

Hands-free information

Keep key dive and configured system data available without lifting a wrist.

Product Help

Frequently asked questions

Is the HUD a complete dive computer?

Yes. It performs normal dive-computer functions without a separate Handset.

Is the Tank Pod included?

Yes. The approved Australian bundle includes one Symbios Tank Pod.

Does the holder fit every mask?

No. The selected mask and holder compatibility must be checked before ordering.

Can the Pod show trim as well as pressure?

Yes. Its trim sensor provides angle data after pairing and the required calibration.

Is a Silver or Blue Handset included?

No. This is the autonomous HUD and Tank Pod package.

Should I still carry a backup pressure gauge?

Yes. Halcyon's Tank Pod manual recommends a first stage with a second high-pressure port for a backup SPG.
